Basic Trouble Shooting for E-MAIL (Outlook Express)

| 1. Open Outlook Express, choose Tools, and Accounts | ||

| 2. Under the
Mail tab, you will find your e-mail
accounts. The 'default' account must be the same as your login in name and password. (After you have checked the properties, if the login account is not the default, use the 'Set as Default' button to make the correction.) 3. Highlight the (default) account. Choose the Properties button. |

| 3. The
'General' tab shows the name, organization,
email address & return address. Verify that there is a check mark in the "Include this account when receiving mail or synchronizing". |

| 4. The
Servers tab shows the incoming server to be a 'POP
3' server. The incoming and outgoing mail should be 'mail.cybernet1.com'. Your Incoming Mail Server Account Name and your Password should be entered in LOWER CASE. |

| 5. Under the
Connections tab, there should be a checkmark in
'Always connect to this account using: and your 'CyberNet1' account should appear. If you click on the Settings button the phone number should be 541-2500. |
